What's eating your week?

I'm the owner. I'll read it myself and give you a straight answer within 1 hour, even if the answer is "you don't need AI for that."

Replies from the owner within 1 hour: early mornings, lunchtime, and after 5 PM on weekdays, all day on weekends. Otherwise, first thing next morning.

I help Triangle businesses put AI to work: tools built for how you already operate, and training your team will actually use.

01What I do

Custom tools
I build small, focused tools around the work that eats your week, like sorting intake, filling forms, and pulling reports. They run on the software you already have, and you own them.
Team training
Hands-on sessions built around your own documents and tasks, not generic slides. Your people leave knowing what to use AI for, what not to, and how to check its work.

For example: intake emails → spreadsheet rows · messy PDFs → one-page summaries · weekly reports that fill themselves in · first drafts of quotes and invoices

02How it works

  1. Visit. I come to you, watch how the work actually gets done, and find the two or three places AI will save the most time.

  2. Plan. You get a short written plan with one fixed price.

  3. Build and train. I build the tools and train the people who'll use them.

  4. Move on. You own it, it runs without me, and I'm a text away.

03Why Pinelever

Pine for North Carolina. Lever for getting more done with less effort.

The pine is North Carolina's state tree. It stands for where I work and the businesses I work with: local, practical, built to last.

A lever is one of the oldest tools there is. It lets one person move far more than their own strength allows. That's what AI should be for a business: not a replacement for your people, but a lever that helps them do more of the work that matters and less of the busywork that doesn't.

04Who it's for

Owner-run businesses in Raleigh, Durham, Cary, Apex and the rest of the Triangle, roughly 5 to 50 people, where everyone wears too many hats and nobody has time to figure out AI on their own.

Most often: property managers, small law firms, CPA and bookkeeping firms, salons and spas, and home-service companies.
